At Beelieve Health and Wellbeing Services, we work with individuals and their families/carers, other care services and the community in general, promoting choice to ensure our service users receive the very highest standards of care. 

Our care services include:

  • Care for adults and young people with disabilities
  • Care for individuals on the autistic spectrum
  • Dementia care
  • Care for the elderly and frail
  • Support for persons with reduced mobility
  • Support to do social and recreation activities
  • Support for young adults transitioning from child services to adult care services.
  • We guarantee staff continuity - You will always know who is coming to deliver your care and we will keep you informed of any changes as and when necessary.  
  • Home help assistance round the house
  • Self-management - encouragement and assistance to use technology enabled care.
  • Befriending - companionship for in the home or community. 
  • Respite care - providing carers respite whilst giving them peace of mind their loved one is receiving a high standard of care and support.
  • Supported shopping and for accompanying to appointments.
  • Working in genuine partnership with the person using our service their families/carer, health professionals, other social care providers and the community in general. 

Tackling social isolation

Social isolation is a growing problem in our rapidly changing world - this is especially true for individuals who are less able to get out of their homes by themselves or as often as they would like. Support to meet up in social situations and build friendships. 

We tackle isolation by supporting our service users in doing the things they want to do and seeing the people they want to see - whether that's stopping for a cup of tea at the local cafe, pursuing a much-loved hobby or interest, or simply getting the shopping done.

You will want the assurance that the care provider you choose is a professionally run organisation that acts in its service users best interests at all times.
